30-day guarantee
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your order for a full refund. This includes the case where your cat ignores the toy.

Faulty or damaged items
Email us a photo or short video of the fault within 30 days of delivery. We send a replacement or a full refund, your choice. You pay nothing for a faulty item.

Change of mind
Email us before you send anything back. We reply with return instructions within 2 working days. You pay the return postage. Use a tracked service and keep your receipt.

Refunds
We refund your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return, or within 14 days of approving a faulty item claim.

This policy adds to your rights under UK consumer law and does not replace them.
